I've always had a wanderlust–a sort of restless spirit that craved knowledge beyond my boundaries. As a child, I traveled vicariously through books. As an adult, I relish every opportunity to learn by being, by doing.  

Travel is education at its easiest to understand. There is no substitute for immersing oneself in a foreign environment. It forces us out of our comfort zones and compels us to commune with others at the most basic human level. 

I am fortunate to combine my love of travel with my other loves of art, photography and animals.
